kk.. I am still here..

Haven been blogging for sometimes.. hmm coz i was quite busy now.. busy with internship, intersem and piano.. and my mood was very very very very very... bad...

Anyway, started my internship in Dr Sze's lab.. hmm.. both me and zhi hui are under a lady named Yang Nan.. She was a first yr PHD student from france.. wow.. she is very friendly and is also a graduate of NTU.. hmm.. 1 yr ago.. yap.. I am happy that I am in this lab coz I can get to learn DNA works.. stuff like cloning.. yes.. been wanting to do that coz my poly FYP was mainly on protein works.. hmm.. so far so good.. juz the starting of cloning which is restriction digestion and ligation.. Next week we will be doing transformation.. wow.. k.. although I have done that before during attachment but i juz feel that cloning is fun..

Kinda missed IMCB.. coz in IMCB, I am so spoiled by the people there.. haha.. I dun mean that they treat mi exceptionally nice, but is juz that, alot of things we no need to do ourselves.. example: we no need to make our own media and solution.. now, we have to make our own.. besides that, for photo taking or gel extraction, we need not went all the ways to other floors or building.. juz on the same level, we can have the job done.. we need not walk from one end of the lab to another end of the lab to get all the stuffs we need.. all we need is to have all the things placed in the shelves at our desk, and when we need it, juz jave to stretch our hand or stand up.. but in NTU, is so different.. like the workload is doubled.. haha.. in IMCB, we can even do the transformation at our own desk and not in the laminar flow.. Dr Sze's lab is very cautious abt ethidium bromide, so different from IMCB.. everything is so ordered here.. abit not used to it.. but no choice..

Abit happy abt myself yesterday.. I can remember everything that yang nan said when we were in the lab (for your info, things that are in the lab should not bring to the office unless it is sterilized.. my log book is in the office..) so after the long discussion, I actually can wrote down wat she said and even the protocols.. hmm.. never realised that my memory can be so good.. but tt's provided I have interest in that stuff.. for sch lectures? forget it.. lol..

so fast, our intersem coming to an end soon.. hmm.. haven start studying any.. luckily exam is multiple choice.. lol..

Anyway.. dunno y i feel that life is so uninteresting.. have been wanting to have something different.. but dunno how.. juz feel that something is missing..
